The Duration, Start and End Date, Tuition Fee and the Book and Supplies Cost for each program is clearly recorded in the Alberta Paramount College Student Contract Form . By signing the Contract, the student acknowledges that he /she understands the terms and conditions in the Contract which includes Admission criteria, conditions for withdrawal or Termination, Fee Payments and Tuition Refund terms, Student Complains procedures etc.
Tuition Payments are due in accordance to this Contract and the Student is expected to follow the Payment schedules as arranged with the Finance Department at the beginning of the program.
Failure to pay tuition or other fee due to the College is considered a debt to the College, which can result in any of the follows:
Some students may qualify for Student Loan and Grants, for which the student would be able to apply online. For any assistance for applying for students Aid, Finance Team will be available to assist. Please allow sufficient time to complete the application process.
For the student who want to apply for students Aid, may note that the enrollment from the College will only be confirmed as follows:
1. The student who opt to take in class sessions, will be confirmed when they attend the first day of classes.
2. For the online students, enrollment will be confirmed after the student attendance is observed for one week.
The student contract will be cancelled for the students who are inactive in classes or non communicative for the first 15 days of classes.
The Registration fee ($500) and the tuition fee in accordance with the contract will be charged from the student in case of non-compliance to the student policies.

Student should be aware that six months after the end of their program, students will be required to make their first loan payment on their provincial and /or federal loans.
